PULSED LASERS

 

 From 1992 Geola specializes in unique SLM TEMoo pulsed lasers. Almost all our lasers have coherence length of more than 3 meters, so they are suitable for holography and for unique scientific applications. All our lasers are based on Nd:YLF or Nd:YAG master oscillators pumped by flash lamps. We are manufacturing lasers with energy from few milliJoules to 20 Joules per pulse. Pulse duration is varying from model to model in range from 100 picoseconds to 50 nanoseconds. Below are brief description of all our standard lasers. High energy single shot Hybrid Nd:YLF/Phosphate Glass lasers
 
 We have these series of high energy lasers:
- GxJ series lasers produce single output near-diffraction limited single-longitudinal mode (SLM) super-Gaussian radiation in the nanosecond regime from 1 to 16 J per pulse (fundamental harmonics);
- GxJ TWIN series lasers produce dual output near-diffraction limited single-longitudinal mode (SLM) super-Gaussian radiation in the nanosecond regime from 2 to 20 J per pulse (fundamental harmonics);
- GQA/B-xJ series lasers operates in repetitive mode at frequency of up to 10Hz or more and produce single longitudinal mode TEM00 near-diffraction limited radiation pulses with energy of up to 1.5 Joule.
Output wavelengths - 1064 nm, 532 nm, 355 nm.

Lower energy compact single master - oscillator lasers
 

Some of those our lasers are used in Rutherford Appletone Laboratory (UK) as seeders for nuclear synthesis initiation.

The G-MINI series are family of compact flash lamp or DPSS pumped Nd:YAG, Nd:YLF or Nd:YAP lasers producing emissions in the nanosecond regime. Lasers are based on Single Longitudinal Mode linear, telescopic or ring type master-oscillator design. Single Longitudinal Mode module is installed that narrows spectral linewidth and provides long pulse coherence length. The lasers produces TEMoo near diffraction limited radiation at a variety of energies, wavelengths and repetition rates. 

 

Energy range is 2-50milliJoules, pulse duration - 1-50 nanoseconds, standard repetition rate - 1-50Hz. Fundamental lasing is at either 1047, 1053, 1064, 1079, 1313, 1319, 1338 or 1342 nm.

RGB lasers
 

The RGB-ALFA series is family of compact master oscillator flash lamp pumped Nd: YAG, YAP or YLF  lasers producing emissions in the nanosecond regime. Design features include a highly stable passively or EO Q-switched oscillator and frequency conversion to the second and/or third harmonics by means of various NLO crystals. The lasers produces Single Longitudinal Mode and TEM00 near diffraction limited radiation at a variety of energies, wavelengths and repetition rates.

 

Fundamental lasing is at 1047, 1053, 1064 or 1079 nm and at 1313, 1319, 1338 or 1342 nm. The RGB-ALFA laser series emits in the deep IR, Red and Blue wavelengths simultaneously (or separately upon request). The RGB-ALFA laser series delivers pulses at 5 wavelengths simultaneously in the 1.3um IR, IR, Red, Green and Blue (or separately upon request). The standard RGB-ALFA series emits at 440nm, 532nm and 660nm.

Sub-nanoseconds phase conjugated lasers
 

Some of those our lasers are used as seeders in GSI - a heavy ion research center (Germany).

 

The G-Sub series is family of compact DPSS or/and flash lamp pumped ND:YAG or Nd:YLF lasers producing emissions in the sub-nanosecond regime (0.5...0.1ns). Lasers are bassed on temporal pulse compression by backward stimulated Brillouin scattering (SBS). This ensures narrow spectral linewidth and transform limited sub-ns pulses. The lasers produces TEMoo near diffraction limited radiation at a variety of energies, wavelengths and repetition rates.
