PULSED LASERS

 

 From 1992 Geola specializes in unique SLM TEMoo pulsed RGB lasers. All our lasers have coherence length of more than 3 meters, so they are suitable for holography and for unique scientific applications. All our lasers are based on Nd:YLF or Nd:YAG master oscillators pumped by flash lamps. We are manufacturing lasers with energy from few milliJoules to 10 Joules per pulse. Pulse duration is varying from model to model in range from 125 picoseconds to 50 nanoseconds. Below are brief description of all our standard lasers. High energy single shot Hybrid Nd:YLF/Phosphate Glass lasers
 
 We have two series of high energy lasers:
- GxJ series lasers produce once per three minutes single longitudinal mode TEM00 near-diffraction limited radiation pulse with energy of up to 10 Joule;
- GQA/B-xJ series lasers operates in repetitive mode at frequency of up to 10Hz and produce single longitudinal mode TEM00 near-diffraction limited radiation pulses with energy of up to 1.5 Joule.
Output wavelengths - 1053 nm, 526.5 nm, 351 nm.
 
Lower energy compact single oscillator flash lamp pumped Nd:YAG or Nd:YLF lasers
 

Our lower energy lasers produce TEM00 near-diffraction limited radiation pulses. Single longitudinal mode operation is provided with a built-in SLM option.

 

Energy range is 15-60milliJoules, pulse duration - 15-40 nanoseconds, standard repetition rate - 1-10Hz. Fundamental lasing is at either 1064, 1053 or 1047nm. Optional frequency conversion to the 2nd, 3rd and 4th harmonics gives accordingly: 532,526, 523.5, 355, 351, 349, 266, 263, and 262 nm.

 
RGB lasers
 

 We are probably the only company manufacturing SLM TEMoo pulsed lasers with Red, Green and Blue radiation outputs and with shot-to-shot stability not worse than ±3%.

 

Fundamental lasing is at 1047, 1053 or 1064 nm and at 1313, 1319, 1321 or 1338 nm. The IRRB laser series emits in the deep IR, Red and Blue wavelengths simultaneously (or separately upon request). The IRRGB laser series delivers pulses at 5 wavelengths simultaneously in the deep IR, IR, Red, Green and Blue (or separately upon request). The RGB series emits at 440nm, 532nm and 660nm.

 
Sub-nanoseconds phase conjugated lasers
 

Some of those our lasers are used in Rutherford Appletone and GSI research facilities as seeders for nuclear synthesis initiation.

 

Pulses durations of those lasers are 800, 500, 300, 150 or 125 picoseconds. The lasers produce close to Gaussian near-diffraction limited radiation at a variety of energies, wavelengths and repetition rates.

 Our expertize allows us to design a new pulsed laser per specific client requirements or customize our standard lasers.
